Here is what you need to do:
1.Go to my shop.
2.Select the items from my shop up to $10.00.
3.Purchase them.
4.When you get to part of purchasing process where it ask you how you want to pay, just select OTHER and finish the process. This way you pay nothing in reality. It gives me a record and I will mail your items to you.
5.Please include your mailing address on the invoice for me.
