I'm a happy grandmother! I enjoy my family, my friends, and my life. I love to travel and love to post travel experiences. I like to 'piddle'. Are you familiar with that southern term? I would love to have you sign up to follow this humble blog. I need all the encouragement I can get. :)
My name is Carole.
I agree - the canyon is amazing. The colors change according to the time of day and whether there are clouds or not. The north rim is not often visited, either - and it is just as amazing as the frequently seen south rim.
We went in late March a couple of years ago and drove all the way to the North rim to find it closed due to snow on the ground. I was so disappointed. :)
