I'm a happy grandmother! I enjoy my family, my friends, and my life. I love to travel and love to post travel experiences. I like to 'piddle'. Are you familiar with that southern term? I would love to have you sign up to follow this humble blog. I need all the encouragement I can get. :)
My name is Carole.
Hummers are one of my favorites - that is a great photo! And you are so right - many times I will patiently wait and watch, only to end up with a blur! I have caught a few at the feeder while they were resting. I would love to get a clip of one of my guys in his mating "dive" but I am not quick enough to follow the whole path yet.
I love the humming birds. I used to live in the mountains in Colorado and we had them all the time. I really appreciate that now that I don't see them any more.
Ooooh can you spell jealous! LOL I have never seen one of these and would just love to! They are beautiful birds! Lucky you!
ReplyDeleteOur feeder has been up for about a week, and we've only seen a couple so far!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Pam...LOL
ReplyDeleteThanks, Allie
