Kids Say The Funniest Things!

My granddaughter turned 5 yesterday. For her birthday dinner, we took her to Red Lobster to eat. When we got there the parking lot was full. So, we all made a comment about how crowded it was and Sienna popped up and said, "Boy, there are a lot of people having birthdays." We all cracked up.

Another funny one attributed to Sienna was when I was teaching her more about American Indians and we were on the internet looking at photos of Indians. Most of the photos were over a hundred years old so they were really costumed out and all. Anyway, I was explaining to her that often the American Indians took names related to nature like 'Running Deer' or 'Bright Moon', etc. Well, she began to tell me what she had learned in school about the Indians were the first to grow corn and harvest it, etc. Anyway, she stopped suddenly, looked at me, and said, "Nana, I bet one of those Indians was named Corn Picker." LOL, the tears just rolled down my face.
